Dnes v obchodě koupíte asi sto druhů rohlíků, které však obsahují množství surovin, které by rohlíky obsahovat neměly. Už dlouho jsem fanouškem kváskovaní, ale až dnes jsem se pustila do pečení rohlíků. Inspirovala jsem se receptem od Nelky, která je v kváskovaní číslo jedna. Upravila jsem však pouze množství soli.
