Scrambled Oats? Absolutely!
· 1 serving INGREDIENTS • 1 ripe banana • ¾ cup oats • 1 egg • 1 tablespoon @stonyfield Organic Greek yogurt • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Pinch of salt INSTRUCTIONS • Place the banana, oats, egg, yogurt, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and use a fork to mash it all together until well combined. • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and transfer the oat mixture to the skillet.
