Fedor Jeftichew (1868 - 1904) was a Russian known as 'Jo-Jo The Dog Faced Boy'. He had hypertrichosis, which caused long hair all over his body. His father also had the condition and they were in the sideshow together. After his father's death, he became employed by P.T. Barnum. He customarily wore a Russian soldier's uniform and saber. At times he acted quiet and dignified and others he barked and growled at the audience. He died of pneumonia at age 35.

This picture was taken in and shows General Tom Thumb. His real name was Charles Stratton. He was given the Tom Thumb character by P. He died at a relatively young age of around 45 from a stroke.

The Fiji Mermaid: a hoax created by Moses Kimball and PT Barnum in 1842 and displayed to the public as a mermaid. It was in actuality a monkey corpse sewn to a dried fish tail.
