· 2 servings RECIPE • 400g tofu • 2 Tbsp corn starch Sauce: • 7 cloves garlic • 1 Chili • 2 spring onion • 2 Tbsp soy sauce • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (or any other sweetener) • 1/2 cup (125ml) water • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar • 1/2 Tbsp Chili flakes • 1 Tl Maisstärke Instructions: • Toss the tofu in the corn starch and bake at 175Celsius/350Fahrenheit for 25-30min • FRY spring onion, garlic and chilli • MIX up the remaining ingredients • ADD everything to the pan
