How to Master Cleanse
The Master Cleanse is better know as the “lemon, maple syrup and cayenne pepper diet” but I would not call it a diet in the regular sense of food change. Losing weight is definitely a side effect, but I wanted to cleanse my insides and reset a few things internally, to be the utmost and feel better! This is definitely something one must be focused on in completing. It is all in the mind.
